Added 2025-01-15 06:35:57 +0000 UTCthis isn't another apology post, i think i've made it clear significant changes in my life have made it difficult to keep up with this project. i think any of you who support or follow small artists are probably used to periods of sparse updates or absenteeism. thats just the nature of the beast.
to be brief- rat race will continue. i'll keep drawing it until its finished. i'll keep updating my patreon as much as i possibly can. when its done, ill make another one, and another one after that, until i die.
i don't really do any of this for anyone supporting me (although i of course appreciate each and every one of you), i do this because i am insane and if i don't have a comic project to work on i start rotting from the inside out.
anyways, im still gonna slowly get back into it. its very hard! its very rewarding. no hard feelings to anyone who cancels their support over my lack of communication and lack of content (shudders at that word) - thats completely fair. i genuinely mean it when i say i never expected my patreon to make more than $10 a month.
so, thanks. the rat is going to get really really fat.
