NOTE: In Chapter 69 I mistakenly wrote that Val had eleven siblings, but there are actually eleven in total (including her), making it so that she has ten siblings. It is now fixed, but just FYI.

2025-08-19 00:40:51 +0000 UTCI know it probably doesn't seem like it right now, but this little story arc involving Sera will come to matter, and be relevant to the bigger plot. I don't usually do side quests (which is a funny way to think about it - made me smile).

An unnecessary side quest when something more important coukd be done. Id much rather a deepening of the bond with Wren, orsolving the Grif issue.

Round up everyone that sings the song, out them through the Queen's trial, they can even become king/Queen if they best the Queen's record, and the last one remaining, after a short celebration, has to do it again for at least as long as they did the first time around.

Yeah, might be one of the most intense steamy scenes I end up doing for this series. 3. There will be more elaboration on what his perspective is (Sera will eventually disclose info that is insightful).

So let's say the chapter was 6500 words, and I did a 1000 word recap, then it ends up being 7500 words. The recap never is sacrificing content. Often, recap chapters are like 8000+ words, because the recap is a 'bonus.'

Sera is going to get a weinering of a lifetime, with Val's possible eventual inclusion. 3. Not really, Val's dad seems to more go with the flow given his understanding which surprises the mc, and the kids seem to annoy him a little.
