You seem to be making her a facsimile of Avery in IDH: the Mom having sex with my boyfriend/ finance kink, the excessively long drawn out before sex period while adding way to many other sex partners [almost in seeming punishment], and largely sidelining their characters [Val & Avery] even though they ostensibly have much deeper/ longer term connections than most others.It just seems that both Val and Avery have are being mistreated overall, and their kinks just play into that perception.
