What comes after Handpanuary?

Dear Patrons,

Thank you so much for your continued support this month, it has been an incredible journey so far and I can't believe it will be over in just a few days...

Those of you who joined in through the WhatsApp group, wow, what a beautiful community you have created. You are all amazing!

But it doesn't stop here... I want to keep this community together, I want to keep holding each other accountable for maintaining a regular practice and supporting each other. So I've come up with a new project.

Every month, starting in February, I will give you a "calendar" page. Or rather, a monthly practice plan. Each month will be themed and will take from my huge directory of YouTube videos. I know it's tricky to navigate which ones to start with sometimes, and what journey to take, so I'm doing that job for you.

So, on the first of February, I will post here (for all paid members) the above PDF with links to a new video (or videos) each week. I invite you to keep track of your progress together in the WhatsApp group (again, accessible to paid members) and continue this incredible practice throughout the rest of this year.

If you are here as a free Patreon member, please consider supporting me for as little as £1 to get access to this new project. Once February is over, this will be exclusive to the "supporter" tier and above, but for now I'm keeping it as accessible as possible by making it available on the lowest tier, so it's a good time to dive in! Once you join, you will have access to every month for as long as you're subscribed.

More to come in Feb. For now, here's a little teaser of what the month will look like.

Also, for those of you in the "Student" tier, regular Friday tutorials will resume this week!

Big hugs,

Amy

Thank you Amy for this incredible work. Your precious contributions to the Handpanuary are giving me a lot of new ideas that I am applying and adapting to the RAV Moon that I recently purchased. Warm greetings from Italy 🤗.
