Unreleased Recording - I Am Held - Live at SuperBloom

I wanted to share this very very special memory with you. Taken from my live concert at SuperBloom Women's Handpan Gathering.
I was such a precious, life-changing weekend that we shared together, and this moment really feels like it encapsulates that.
This was the first time I have sung this song, having written it just before I left for the US about a month ago. We sang together in a yurt, unplugged, unjudged, full of love. Honestly, it felt like a dream I didn't even know I had come true.
I plan to release this recording eventually, it's too good not to share. But for now, I wanted to share it with you.

Had a Sacred Circle Dance event my wife and I facilitated in Brattleboro, VT on Sunday afternoon, the equinox, and we shared I Am Held with the group.. highlight of the event! I played it on my D minor Kurd pan, everyone very moved, some in tears, singing from their hearts, our collective voices sharing the message of support of the services we provide for each other. Thank you, Amy, it is why I do love your approach to music making: communal, supportive, participatory, universal love shared. What you impart to me as I continue to become more handpan fluent is touching many others, as well ❤️🩹
