It was so fine to see you dissect this story. I resonate with your point-of-view, knowing some, but not all, of the theories and events underpinning this slice of history. Nolan is undertaking a true 'epic' next with "The Odyssey". Among the star power appearing here, Gary Oldman's brief scene as Truman sort of got lost in the mix.

I know that's a big sticking point to myths that we're smashing things at insane speeds which could do something world ending. Cosmic rays hit our atmosphere at speeds of over a million times more than what we can do at CERN hitting us many times in a single second, some of the most energetic at 100 million times more powerful. Anything people say about CERN being world ending is either fear-mongering or a lack of understanding.

There was a decline in birth rate during the war and when its over you have all these young men returning from combat with money in their pocket and the ability to afford housing and education and generally be secure in the idea of being able to start families.
