If you haven't seen it, you might want to consider Sons of Anarchy, too. It has a bit of a Prison Break vibe with the types of characters that's in it. It's solid from start to finish, IMO.

Nah I think KP hit the nail on the head perfectly. Show is top tier show for 4-5 seasons max. Then turns dramatically into a boring zombie day time soap opera. I mean to each his own but honestly of those 29% of patrons how many will stick around for that many seasons of sup par episodes? Not even speaking of the 71% of people who diddn't vote for it. I think that something that comes with this kind of commitment really warrants more then 29% of patrons votes. Peter had a great idea of putting another vote of top 4 or top 3. I mean hell haha you could even put The first few seasons of TWD on there as a choice with the expectation to re-vote on further seasons. That would truly gauge interest in the SLOW seasons. =)

There is a small problem with this poll, too many choices so the winner is going to have less than a third of all patrons voting for it, not exactly a majority opinion. I'd consider taking top 4 and having another poll to see if we can get a majority approval. Just a suggestion...

It's not only his opinion, I know plenty of people, myself included, that think WD went downhill about halfway through its run. I loved the first few seasons, and some of the characters are truly amazing, but there are only so many zombie hoards or evil people to come across, every single week, over and over...it lost its edge.

Bruh, it's horrid after 4 seasons. Let's say for argument sake that seasons 9-11 like you mentioned on my comment is peak TWD. So you want them to trudge through 5+ seasons of hot garbage to get to your peak tv? insane to me but okay. I hope that Mrs. & Mr. October are keeping track of who votes for what cause I'm betting that most of the people voting for TWD will not stick around for months of bad episodes ahead. The general consensus is that Walking Dead started off great, then got terrible. Sure some die hard fans probably love those monotonous years of torturous episodes but they are widely seen as not very entertaining. But I will respect the majorities decision. Just hope this majority all stick around and actually watch the reactions for seasons 5 onwards. Will be interesting to see nonetheless.

As someone who bailed sometime during season 8 I think that is a pretty accurate assessment. There were certainly times the quality dipped, and/or certain episodes felt like total filler episodes, but I wonder how I would feel about the series had I been able to watch it all in one go. I remember watching the early seasons and really enjoying it and I am sure The Octobers will as well. Especially since it was filmed in Tony's hometown, which is a cool little bonus for him.

The Haunting of Hill House is quick and only one season, can knock that out very fast. The Walking Dead is even longer than Game of Thrones, and though I really enjoyed the first few season, only like half of its entire run is any good.

After the peak television that was seasons 4 and 5 yeah the next few seasons were weak but I've rewatched them casually over the years and I've grown to really enjoy those middle seasons as well. I think watching season 1 is great Halloween content as well because it's mostly just monster of the weeks and they're so good

Supernatural is great the first 6 seasons or so and then seasons 7-12 are shakey because Eric Kripke was showrunner and he left to go start The Boyz. But then seasons 13-14 pick up again and season 15 is SO GOOD. 22 eps/season for broadcast television and its A LOT of tv to react to on YouTube.

Arcane is only 9 episodes, has a 100% Rotten Tomatoes score, and season 2 drops November 9th. That's my pick. I can't recommend it highly enough. Just please don't do Walking Dead. It starts strong and then turns into a slog. That's why nearly everyone bailed on it way before its conclusion.

Absolutely.... I watched the opening scene....just because I'd heard it was good, and I didn't have anything else appealing to watch at the time and instantly I was hooked! So much intrigue and so many questions right from the start. I thought maybe I just enjoyed it because its my kind of show, but after I binged the first season, in one day, I showed it to my husband and he was immediately hooked too. Its definitely worth watching. Hope you enjoy it! I'm willing to bet you will.

Since it's so close maybe we can have a run-off vote for Walking Dead & HoHH? I will stick around no matter what wins but I would rather not have to skip the last 7 seasons (first 4 are great) of TWD reactions as well as the continued Marvel Cinematic Universe lol I know that's a me problem but still. HoHH fans we must unite to beat TWD haha. Now if the poll was first 4 seasons of TWD with another vote to continue the series after that I might have even chose TWD. But 7 of those 11 seasons are imho just the same thing over and over ... just plain boring. Plus the seasons are sooo long. Most being 16 episodes in 1 season. With how close HOHH and TWD are, and being slightly biased having voted HOHH.. It is only 10 episodes long, so maybe if TWD does win you guys could do both.. slip in a Haunting ep every couple of TWD, just because it's such a long series (that imo bums out after a few seasons and goes much longer than necessary. Same can be said for Supernatural, although that was my second vote haha).

I would go with Haunting of Hill House first. It's a masterpiece and only 10 episodes. I think Yellowjackets must not have been seen by many....if it had it would be up there. It's up with Stranger Things and GOT for me. Only 2 seasons....waiting for the 3rd.....so short as well. Yellowstone and Walking Dead are great for the most part....just longer. I've seen both and would watch them again. Supernatural is my #1 show forever but it's 327 episodes....so it would be a long commitment. No matter what I'm watching any of these!

I've seen some Reaction Channels only do 2-4 episodes per week of long running TV shows in addition to other films and shows. It works well, can either watch them all or only a few. That way you don't end up alienating anyone. Lots to choose to pick from.

I’m very conflicted. I want The Octobers to have a successful channel for years to come, and the walking dead does often bring a lot of views. However it is very long and with shows that long you’re going to make a lot of people happy and basically alienate the rest. At the end of the day the poll is there for a reason and The Octobers will make the choice they feel is best for them.

A Christmas Story is my all time fav X-mas movie. Also, it's only true sequel A Christmas Story Christmas is just as good! The Muppet Christmas Carol , Jingle All The Way , if you and the Mrs want a romantic comedy x-mas movie there is Netflix's The Knight Before Christmas. The Polar Express is a modern animated classic starring Tom Hanks.

I just started watching this show about 2 weeks ago & im on season 3 my oldest brother been begging me to watch it for years😭😭 now that I have I’m into it. Its CRAZYYYYYYYY. It’s definitely worth it. It’s realistic. It’s grounded . It’s scary at times. It’s GREAT. Also you guys should really hop into the arrowverse starting with the green arrow . It’s all on Netflix . It’s worth it. You should definitely watch "Dark" from Netflix it's a German show, everyone says it's kinda stranger things vibes, but with time travels and apocalypse, but truly it's a masterpiece and well done show

It’s a wonderful life is quite literally a must of a Christmas film. The holdovers is also sensational and a must watch new Christmas film. As for series’ severance and silo are both amazing mysteries The Bear is insanely intense and also funny And succession is kind of like a modern day Wall Street version of game of thrones. It’s insanely good

You guys should put Buffy The Vampire Slayer ( tv series ) on a poll . Its a really good show . one of the best shows in history !.. and its still has a really BIG fan base

If you haven't seen it, you might want to consider Sons of Anarchy, too. It has a bit of a Prison Break vibe with the types of characters that's in it. It's solid from start to finish, IMO.

Wrong, TWD is pretty good throughout. What was bad was how it played out when we had to wait week to week or months. The show itself is fine, and the last few seasons are some of the best.

Supernatural is great the first 6 seasons or so and then seasons 7-12 are shakey because Eric Kripke was showrunner and he left to go start The Boyz. But then seasons 13-14 pick up again and season 15 is SO GOOD. 22 eps/season for broadcast television and its A LOT of tv to react to on YouTube.

Arcane is only 9 episodes, has a 100% Rotten Tomatoes score, and season 2 drops November 9th. That's my pick. I can't recommend it highly enough. Just please don't do Walking Dead. It starts strong and then turns into a slog. That's why nearly everyone bailed on it way before its conclusion.

Yeah, you haven't gotten far enough for the redundancy to set in, it really loses steam halfway through its 11 season run.
