Which makes me think... hmmm is this the rise of Jon Snow on the Iron Throne? It's just not a Jonathon move in my opinion but hey! Bran found out that stuff for a reason right?
Also Arya acquiring the skills to take out her enemies, while still being Arya.... GOLD!
Where does Melisandra think shes going? Why did Cersei casually off the Tyrells? Westeros may never know!
This episode was FULL of payoffs we needed! This is a great bridge into season 7! It could be one of the best episodes we have seen so far! If we missed something about Jon, bc that was a little confusing, let us know! We will be editing and trying to see what we missed in the meantime!

They portrayed Ned as completely honorable and I just couldn't wrap my head around the fact he would cheat on Catelyn. Of course, I was unsure of Jon's lineage but I knew he was going to be important to the series. King of the North.....well I always thought he should be King anyway. Of course Littlefinger stirring shit....more of that to come. I feel like Jamie was scared and confused at Cersi sitting on the throne. I'm sure he thought "WTF happened to Tommen! What has this crazy bitch done now!" Lol....that would be my first reaction. Thanks for the reaction. Great job as always! Can't wait for more to come!

2024-05-04 00:37:03 +0000 UTCI love the beginning and end of this ep, plus the Jon reveal is probably my most favorite of the series (and so the only reasons s6 is my most fav 😄), but people still get so confused about all the details which they will clear up, but I wish they'd just done it here. Yeah, all Tommen had left was the concept that his mother loved him, but he realized in the moment how responsible she was for all his suffering and there was no way she possibly cared enough for him as an individual. And with nothing left but a life chained to a cruel, heartless mother he said no way am I am giving myself anymore of the pain, or her satisfaction. And imo Cersei had probably agonized over thoughts of Tommen's death most. Probably realized Joffrey was bound to eventually bring his onto himself, and was maybe in denial about Myrcella so it hit harder, but then it hit so hard with Tommen she couldn't even let herself feel it. Cersei, of the books at least, is implied to care about her children mostly in direct relation to them being part of her and not really as individuals, kind of like Tywin. I think someone else said this before, but I don't think Qyburn is loyal to Cersei, he is just getting the opportunity to do the experiments and unethical practices he desires under her rule, so is doing what he must to achieve his own motivations. As far as Jon and "did LF have anything to with it", after the series, you should watch In Deep Geeks channels theory on that based on book stuff. And yeah at the end there Tony looked away for most of Jamie's glance, if you'd focused on it you'd probably agree more with Brooke.

It's my personal favorite and it ranks #1 in multiple rankings, along with two other episodes directed by Miguel Sapochnik - The Battle of the Bastards and Hardhome. It's such a strong episode that a scene like Arya's revenge on Frey which would top pretty much every other episode in the show just goes between everything else, like a filler. It also has Light of the Seven - the best piece of music in the whole show, IMO (the one that plays at the beginning during the trial). OK, there is one other piece that comes close to it later, but... no spoilers. Many people say that the later seasons don't match up to the first 5, and they're probably right, on average, or if you only consider the quality of writing and dialogue. However, some episodes in the last 3 seasons are the best TV you could imagine or hope for, so stay tuned.

It is crazy how many reactors jump to the conclusion that Ned and Lyanna had a baby together. Those reactors weren’t really paying attention and when this comes up they actually assume it. It is beyond frustrating when they assume that because you know they weren’t as in to the show as much as you thought they were. You guys did an amazing job! Out of over 20 other reaction channels I have seen only about 5 or 6 get it right about Jon. Only In the books , John has a twin sister which makes the story even more interesting. Can’t wait to see Martin finishing writing this series. Savor this episode. Because as so many have mentioned before the rush to wrap up this story feels like a runaway train in the next two seasons. There are only 13 episodes left. Recommendation for single episodes are 7x4, 7x7. 8x3,5,6. Since you mentioned Hot Pie the actor has a bakery where you can order the wolf shaped bread. Jamie’s look at the end to me always seemed to me to be about the fact that Tommen was missing and she was taking his place. My favorite part of this episode was knowing that Arya made it back to Westeros and is working on her list.
