I haven't done a proper ramble in a months. I feel like I keep rambling about the same life stuff. But it's like a phantom that won't go away! I think it will be done and overwith by autumn.
I teased a couple upcoming rambles at the end of this one. I have content on the brain but my head just isn't in the right space for it yet. Instead, I've detoured to some Hobby videos which have been very cathartic.
I leave for my vacation tomorrow. I might try and sneak an asmr video (or video) in. When I'm more mentally healthy, it would be so cool to use the place I'm going as an audioscape for a roleplay!
I'll post vacation pictures when I return. ð

If you have the opportunity, I'd definitely recommend at least giving it a try. I hate to sound like an ai-bro though lol

2025-07-29 17:22:14 +0000 UTCI totally agreed with you about AI coding until very recently. My work was trying really hard to get us to use it for a long time but the tools just sucked. It took way more effort than just writing the code and was less fun. Recently, they approved a tool called "Claude code" that can actually run arbitrary terminal commands (with approval!) and it's actually great. It can create or read jira tickets for example or read a confluence page all on its own. Pretty useful so far!
