The "French" guy at the restaurant is the same guy in the 2nd movie who stopped Peter from going into the show because he arrived late. He was also in the 1st movie, he plaid the announcer during the wrestling match at the beginning. Not a fan of MJ, she has cheated on 2 boyfriends who did nothing but love her with Peter Parker & Spiderman, and she even cheats on Peter in this movie, but this is the 1st time I can understand her and side with her, Peter was a crap self-absorbed boyfriend who cheated on her. It is always annoying when people take a character's words as gospel. Peter does not know what happened, he was not there at the time of Ben being shot. What we saw, both in the 1st movie and this one, was just what Peter imagined happened, which does not make it the truth, and clearly, we learn in this movie that both of his imagined flash backs were completely wrong.

Plus if you're starting the mcu tv shows that'll take quite a bit of time to get through compared to individual movies. You're at an easy spot now, not gonna run into any continuity issues really.

2023-12-18 22:15:38 +0000 UTCThis movie got a lot of hate when it first came out. But I think it’s gained a lot of love over the years. And the “Bully Maguire” memes are iconic lol. There are also some great lessons in this one - about the choices we make; the consequences of revenge; and the power of forgiveness. Harry’s death always hits me in the feels.
