Weekly news n°2

Hey Patrons! Weekly news n°2 with today screenshots and making-of documents from the last episode. What was done last week ? # Episode 07 rewrite During the storyboard and sketching of the future episode 07 ; I felt I couldn't draw it. I kept loosing energy, I felt something was wrong about it. Sometime it happens and it takes me time to understand what's going on. This time, I guess 'my writer side' thought an idea was cool ( story was taking place in a moody dark rainy medieval city ) but the 'drawer/painter side' now wants to draw something else ( I want to paint trees, flowers and sun. Spring effect ). That's what happen when I 'write' during end of winter, and expect I'll still like it later when back in front of my graphic tablet in spring. I re-adapted the story, and started to draw a lot to be in time with the next release. New episode will take place in a forest during spring , better ! # Japanese version 100% Pepper&Carrot 100% translated in Japanese ( 日本語 ) website + episodes. The challenge was to find a good FLOSS font with support of Cyrillic and a comic aspect ; and he found a good one Neucha by Jovanny Lemonad https://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Neucha#charset , a SIL Open Font License. I might even use it later online because it looks good. # Brush Kit V6 released http://www.davidrevoy.com/article248/krita-brushes-v6 , it was last friday, I posted here about it previously. A lot of download, and lot of comments. It will be helpful to start my next tutorial series about painting. A propos, I planned to buy a better microphone for the audio ; maybe a T.Bone SC 440 USB podcast, with a warm sound.
