An update~!

Hello my gemlins e _e)/ 💜

I finally finished the project that's kept me busy for most of the month, a week later than planned, but at least that delay wasn't really my fault LOL;;;

In my last post I said that the most labour-intensive part was over but I was wrong about that and I feel very, very drained and tired now that it's done. (hopefully done - I'm waiting for final feedback now)

It was an interesting experience and I hope I can show you what I've been up to soon, but I can say with certainty that I should not take on extra projects in the future, no matter how enticing, because they always set me back so much in regards to my regular work, and I'm paying the price for that now:

I have decided to pause Patreon for the next month, which means you won't be charged for this cycle!

I wish I could continue with regular comic episodes right away, but it's just not possible. Up there you can see what comic work I managed to squeeze in last week or so! Layout and rough sketches for the next two episodes are ready to be worked on and I would love to get them done for you in October! I will at least have regular WIPs to show again until new episodes are ready! :)

After finishing the project™ today, I went to check my online shop, to finish tweaking it for  the reopening and........... turns out two very important plugins, without which I cannot reopen the shop, are borked and broke everything :D I have no idea how to fix them, at this point I don't have the energy or time anymore to fiddle around with this nonsense, so I will be ditching my old shop and trying to set up Shopify for this run. I've reached the point where I'd rather pay in order to not have to deal with maintenance myself. This of course means more delays in the reopening, but at least I can guarantee a safe customer experience with Shopify, I didn't trust my previous shop system anymore tbh.

I'm taking two days off now to rest a bit and do chores that went ignored for the past month before I sit down to figure out Shopify. I wanna get it sorted until the end of next week, if it's the last thing I do 😤

Finally, I would like to remind you guys of my Discord server! Here's an invite for all of you, I would love to see you there :3 It's been so nice talking to my small community over there, everyone's been so sweet and we even have our own tinyyy guild in Guild Wars 2 now, haha

The server is also a good place if you have questions for me!! Patreon almost never notifies me about comments or DMs, the app is unusable and the website version is a pain in the neck as well T _T)

That's enough whining for one post now :D It's been a rough few weeks, which is in part my own fault, in part just life throwing a few eggs, but it is how it is and I'm excited to get back to my regular schedule and tasks!! Once I have slept and got my things sorted again, I will be unstoppable~~~!! 💜

Also it's Halloween month, I wanna do something for the occasion too!! Not sure what yet, my brain is empty currently.
