#MUTED Early Access on Tapas!

Hello again before I bury myself in work for the next month!

As mentioned before, I have an announcement for you all and the gist of it is already in the image above!!

I am very excited that I get the opportunity to join the Tapas "Early Access" program with #MUTED 😍

What "Early Access" means is basically that readers can read ahead on Tapas by unlocking upcoming episodes with ink before they're posted publicly anywhere else (aka Webtoon). Users can buy ink either through the Tapas app or earn for free by watching ads and playing games. The ink people spend to unlock episodes directly supports me, so it could potentially be an extra revenue stream if things go well :)

But don't worry, nothing changes for Patreon with this, except that when I come back in August I will return with multiple episodes for you at once, because I need to be ahead ~5 episodes to make this work. The "early access" episodes for Tapas will be posted here on Patreon at the same time, but I will also make sure that you guys will still be yet another episode ahead, to give you the content you deserve for supporting me here 💜

So after I post the first few episodes of chapter 7 for you, my update schedule will be a regular bi-weekly one, so it all stays the same and you won't miss out on any benefits.

If anything, being part of Early Access is an opportunity for me to be more consistent with my schedule!

I am really excited about this, but also nervous. Since I started this comic I have been doing everything alone and I didn't have anyone else really involved in the business side of this, but I am someone who's very interested in changing things up and learning more about the field I'm working in - while it's been working out wonderfully as a one-person show, I definitely didn't want to pass on being able to work more closely together with a platform or publisher if I felt like it'd be a good match. And I'm confident that this is going to be a very positive experience and will bring lots of chances for me to learn and grow as a creator! 🥰
