I've been incredibly busy these last few days, let me tell you a little bit about what I've been up to.

First and foremost, I've been working on the 2020 calendar I told you about in a post at the beginning of the month! Here's a preview of all pages:

And the image on top of the post is the one for October :) I used some illustrations I did in 2018/2019 but I also drew 5 completely new illusts for this! I didn't want it to be only older artwork after all. I'm really happy with the selection of images and also with the design of the calendar pages. The layout is simple but every month has some tiny differences, depending on the particular artwork.

A test print of the calendar is currently in production and should be here some time next week, depending on how it turns out, it might be up for order the first week of November 💙 

The calendar will be size DIN A5 (148 x 210 mm) and it can both be hung on a wall or placed to stand on a table!

Fingers crossed that the test calendar will look nice T -T)

Apart from the spontaneous calendar project I spent most of this week dealing with taxes, lol. I thought it'd be done and over fast but turns out that's not the case. My tax accountant is a very meticulous person and wants all my numbers in detail which is quite the undertaking, since he hasn't dealt with a case like mine before and this whole "hewwo I'm earning money by drawing the gays on the internet" is quite the mystery to him, which makes perfect sense XD I spend quite some time explaining Patreon to him, and all the other ways I'm trying to make a living and it took a bit until we had decided what info he needs from me and how I'll be able to get my hands on it.

But I do think we've figured it out now, he gets read-only access to most of my accounts so he can basically check my in- and outgoing payments in real time, lol. I didn't know that was even possible but it sounds very handy and should take away a lot of effort from both of us 💦

Now that that's been dealt with I finally had the opportunity to start the special mini comic I'd been planning for Halloween 🎃

Spoopy 8 pages that want to get done until October 31st, so I better start grinding. 💦💦 I can take 2 days for every step - sketches, lineart, colouring, if I stay very focused I should be able to pull it off! 

I love a good challenge 💪👀💦
