a shot of the lineart:
i'm always torn between wanting to make the lines very detailed but simplifying the shading or wanting to keep the lines super simple and then either continue by just filling whole areas with black or trying to bring in more detail with shading ??
here it turned out to be quite the mix, kai being pretty simple in black, but more detail on jasper. maybe that's the way to go for future attempts, too...... i have little beef with the outcome, except for some anatomy failures which aren't that obvious in the photographs, luckily :D
