Interacting with companions

 There are 9 companions to choose from in Memoirs of a Battle Brothel, with a max party size of five. You can interact with them around your Guild Hall, and my approach to this is somewhat Biowarian. After all, some of my favorite RPG characters have come from franchises such as Mass Effect and Baldur's Gate. 

As the plot progresses and your relationship with your companions deepen (or deteriorate), you'll be able to unlock new dialogue options, companion quests and even romance options. For obvious reasons, all the companions in the game can be romanced, although some will take more work than others. Each companion has a unique personality and outlook on the different factions in MoonFall. Supporting factions a companion likes and taking actions they approve of will gain you trust (also, sleeping with them usually helps. Nothing says "I like you" more than good sex).

I've also taken a page from Persona 5 and implemented a meeting/hang out room where you can hold meetings and ask your companions their thoughts on any outstanding or completed tasks. As a Facilitator, your companions will often look to you for leadership, and what you choose can either gain their trust or lose it. 

Also, pets will reside in the meeting room. Even the genetically designed, giant ones.

Can we get a morality meter, only it measures perversion levels instead of good/evil?

There's no morality meter, but your background and standing with the factions will change how people react to you.

I don't suppose it is possible to have a Mass Effect like paragon/renegade system where you are either admired or feared in the neighborhood?
