Dev log about chapter 3 of season 2.

Not sure if you've seen the trailer I posted on discord. I tried posting it here on Patreon as well, but apparently you can't host videos here, so I still am not sure how I could reliably post videos here... Anyway, if you haven't seen it already and are interested in seeing it, you can find it on the announcement channel on the game's discord server. Anyway, progress on the update...
Well, this update is gonna be long. Potentially a little longer than the last one actually. Or maybe not, let's see. I'm still too early into its development to be able to tell for sure at the moment. I should have enough renders to throw some peeks in the next week or so. Unfortunately, I had been a little sick until a few days ago. So my productivity dropped a little bit. I also have quite a few deadlines in uni in the next two weeks, so I'll have to spend some more time on studying than usual. So I'm sorry in advance if my productivity drops a little again for the next 10-ish days. I think I'll just come back more excited to work on the game than ever after dealing with my uni stuff.
Now, let's talk a bit about the chapter with as few spoilers as possible...
The next chapter takes us on a new mission somewhere somewhat far away from the village. However, the world around our main cast is changing. More crime, more raiding, more chaos all around. Confronting those behind the chaos is getting more and more inevitable. A simple life of dealing with pity crime as a ninja surrounded by his friends and loved ones with little to no stakes seems to be fading away for our main character. All this is happening while he does his duty as a ninja being sent on a mission after the other. In the next chapter, we'll be meeting a character or two who'll stay with us for a while. We'll dive into a new conflict and try to resolve it to the best of our abilities. And we'll have some more... Private and intimate moments with our favorite girls.
I have high hopes for the next chapter. It has a somewhat more complex story than usual, or at least I think it does and I do hope that you guys will enjoy it :D
