I've pulled this video out of the privitization vault for your viewing pleasure (or displeasure). This video was only public for a few months before I took it down because of all of the negative feedback it received. As you'll see, I did a lot wrong in this video. For starters, I called the car a piece of crap about four more times than was necessary. This led to a viewpoint that came across as one of a snobby rich kid. I'm also not sure why I focused so much on its lack of power. That said, I did do some things right in this video like adding gags and cutaways to keep it interesting.
Later on, realizing some of the mistakes I made, I attempted the video again. Unfortunately, I over-corrected and made the most boring video imaginable. I couldn't even get past the two minute mark without losing interest. For some reason, I cut out all of the jokes and made a straight car review. You can watch that horrendously boring video here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e75Kl8YPevA)
A few years later, I ended up buying this car for $300 and took it autocrossing (which you can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-c1KTibLyY). After it sat unused for a good while, I gave it to the car club at Missouri S&T to use as a dirt cheap 'race' car. Unfortunately, I received word last year that the car had been vandalized while in storage rendering it nearly useless. Eventually, I'd like to go check on the remains of the car, but I have yet to do that.
