As a Gen X otaku, who actually watched Kimba, Astroboy, Speed Racer, Mazinger Z, Gatchaman, Yamato, and many other classic anime (not knowing they were anime at the time), I'm guessing these kids are either purposefully rage baiting the community, genuinely ignorant, or really are uncultured swine.
