I don't post publicly on Instagram, so maybe you will see this here at some point. Thank you for the reel you posted about being down/off during the holidays. I relate to this so much. There's something extra tough about how it's supposed to be a happy and cheerful time that it makes me feel like I need to hide anything less than that. I hate that you struggle too, but hearing someone else say it kinda made my eyes sting with tears of relief, just from not being the only one. Cause, wow, is it isolating. Hope you and Ellie are taking good care of yourselves even if that means time away from all this. I love your audios, but I think we're all aware there are real people behind the scenes and we care about your well being. Wish you both peace, wellness and enough of whatever it is that makes getting out of bed easier every day. ๐ Thanks again for being so open on your reel.
