So this was made when I was just starting High School. I was in an urban art club during after school, and one of my very first stencils was Alfred E. Neuman from Mad Magazine. This was just me doing a cheap and poorly done parody of the "Obey" image by Shepard Fairey. I was young, and dumb lol.
