Stavvv, Eldis, huge fan of the podcast and your standup Stav. Don't know if you guys read these but the positivity you guys put out there and helping people laugh about what they have going on inspires me every week to keep things chill and stay judgement free. Really cool seeing stavs career pop off that he still has love for the fans and is down to chat and listen to peoples bs, so cool you guys are trying to hook people up with merch and keeping up with fans, I don't think many people do it like you guys and and you should know that it is appreciated. also fr the guy that has the hairy ass should just use a trimmer like the guy was bitching about above to trim his ass hair (like crack) using like a longer guard like 4-5mm. Coming from a guy with thick ass hair it prevents like the toilet paper and other clumps.

2025-06-18 04:12:43 +0000 UTCFor the first caller: I lost a lot of weight last year, and i will say a good way to "trick" someone into doing physical activities is to invite them to activities that involve working out a little bit. Invite your husband's best friend to paintball or laser tag or axe throwing (my favorite activity). Or maybe there's a cool lake you can go tubing but it involves a little bit of a hike... another thing is just cutting things out one by one, for diet and for alcohol. You start by cutting out ice cream only, but eating normally, and then maybe next you stop eating oreos... for me, I smoke every night and would get extreme munchies, so I started buying fruit so that when I got the munchies, I ate that. But if he has a family, it might mean more to him if his family encourages him... telling his wife hey how can we help, and mentioning the fun activities in front of his kids, they would love laser tag. Don't know if this will work for everyone, or if the caller has access to patreon, but, that's my two cents!
