Update to tiers and vote dates.

1: The top tier reward has been changed to something that's...not pointless! Check it out and see if it appeals to you. The main benefit is editing videos for personal use, for example inserting your name into it. It's also a cool thing if you're curious about what the video creation process looks like.
2: Change to the dates of voting.
I realised a potential problem with having two votes running simultaneously. People are just going to nominate and vote for the same thing in both. So, I'm moving the dates a bit.
Perverted patron tier: Nominations 9th-16th every Month. Vote 17th-23rd every month.
Dick is maximum: Nominations 23rd-30th every even month. Vote 1st to 8th every even month.
