Realm 3 - Progress Update + New Music Preview

We're here to give you another update on the progress of the first Realm 3 release. We're currently looking at a mid-November release. Our aim was for this month, but much is left to finalise before we launch. The good news is that things are all starting to come together.
The image previews throughout this post are not final. These have been rendered with the final lighting but need additional work before completion to improve their feel.

Music
I've been working with our composer over the last week. We've mapped out a massive ten new tracks for Realm 3. Several of these will feature in the first update, so hopefully, we can get each of them ready in time.
We have the first track completed. We started with the central theme for Realm 3, which we'll use in the menus and specific points in the game. It's our longest track in the game, at 2 minutes 25 seconds. It's pretty different from our previous stuff, but we want this piece to evoke a feeling associated with this realm's elven/fantasy nature. You can listen to the track at the top of this post!

Animation Preview
We shared an animation preview in our last post. Here is another (work in progress) animation of the group hanging out. We've made a few adjustments since (and gave Naya back her hair), but we want to provide you with an idea of some of the extra animations we're adding. Hopefully, this helps the group feel more alive.
Further to our previous post, all of the safe-for-work animations have now been animated and are now awaiting lighting, rendering and post-work.

UI
We shared some UI screenshots in our last couple of progress posts. We've overhauled everything about the UI, so there's been much to add. I'm happy to say the implementation of it in the game is almost complete. The UI overhaul is something that I'm super passionate about, and I think it will elevate the feel of the game, so I'm very excited to finalise this.

Glossary Progress
We've also mentioned a drastically upgraded glossary featuring character and world info. I've now written these entries for all Realm 1 & 2 characters (currently named 35 characters). The information included will be dynamic and will reflect the character's state in your playthrough. For example, if Atlas has killed or spared a character in your game, your glossary entry will reflect this variation. Whenever notable changes occur in the game, the glossary will evolve as you play.
For the other things, such as realms, species and descriptions of in-game terms, I have mapped out what needs writing, and now I need to write these and implement them in the code. I'm thoroughly enjoying this task, and it makes me realise what a deep lore and world Tae has developed.

Just reading these updates, and I want it soooo bad 😬. I love everything Elven-related! My excitement and hype for Realm 3 is building over here, ready to explode 🤯! Can't forget the enhanced Realm 2 as well. Bangers after Bangers!
