Update 11 - Behind The Scenes (The Seven Realms)

Update 11 was the final release of Realm 1. It was our longest update, adding 500 new images, beating out our first-ever update, which contained 372 images. Getting that together over three weeks was no easy task. The funny thing is, with how I initially wrote it, Update 11 was our shortest update. In the weeks before the release, I added the scenes at the end with Leyala, Naya, Kali and Lucius and also added the option for Atlas' path and fight with Xiao Long. The update didn't originally have any true sense of closure for Realm 1, so despite the extra work it added, I thought it was the right choice to add those additional scenes. It took a lot of work to get it all together, but I'm happy we decided to and pushed ourselves to get it released in the timeframe we wanted.

Even though the path with the Atlas vs Xiao Long fight was not in the original script, I am often re-writing parts of the overall story that we've planned out. So that doesn't mean there won't be consequences for choosing one path or the other. As I added this scene later, and Yuki is not the one that kills Xiao Long, I still needed to make sure it seemed logical that Ling Guo would sentence her to death and Kali would confront her about it, similarly to the events in Leyala's plan path. I feel that what I landed on seemed logical to the story and characters.

It also meant I needed to pose a fight scene, and I really wanted this one to be good. I made it longer than previous fight scenes, but I hate posing them as I have these crazy ideas in my head, but I'm unable to fully display what I have in my mind using DAZ. I hope that as the game's development continues, I will only improve in this area.

For Ling Guo, I wanted to show her cold/chilling side, but I tried to strike a balance that didn't make her completely unappealing. Asian vampire MILFs need some loving too.

We got to see a little bit more of Mei in the hot springs and learn about some of her desires.

Yuki was also featured in this update. We didn't spend too much time with her, but it's clear that she's a little starstruck by Atlas. And by the end of the update, she's in the service of Atlas, much to Kali's disgust.

I hoped the scenes with the three bond mates and Lucius, towards the back end of the update, gave you a little more chance to grow closer to them. This was the first one-to-one conversation between Atlas and Kali in the game, so I hope it gave you a bit more of a feel for her. As for Lucius, we've only seen him in his Kingly state, so I took this opportunity to show off a little more of the personal relationship between Atlas and Lucius and also show that he was still suffering from the effects of Ophelia's spell.

We ended the update, and the Realm, with Lucius telling the group they need to be ready to travel to the Witch Kingdom once the Realm doors are fixed. After that, we gave a little tease of what was to come for Realm 2 with a trailer.

Overall, we hope that you've enjoyed Realm 1. We have a long way to go, and we hope you like where we take it. Thank you so much to everyone for your generous support. It honestly does mean a lot to us and makes the amount of work we're putting into this truly worth it.
