Naya - Behind The Scenes (The Seven Realms)

When creating the characters for the story, I spent a long time thinking about who Naya is and what her place within the world would be. She is a Werewolf and the only female Alpha. There is also a dark prophecy surrounding her that foretells she will kill the Moon, the goddess of the werewolves. The prophecy causes a lot of hostility between her and other wolves inside and out of her pack.

I wanted her to be badass but also vulnerable. What do you do when you have so much responsibility that you can’t breathe? What do you do when you are scared of who you are? These are some of the thoughts that Naya faces daily.

She is also young, so I wanted her to be cute and enthusiastic about things even if she has a lot of weight on her shoulders. And who better than Atlas can help her carry her burden and guide her?

Like all the other members of the main cast, I wanted the player to be able to help her grow during the story. I hope I can convey her journey to become who she was born to be in an exciting way.

Her hopes, her fears, everything will be laid out for you to see. Naya is so much more than an interracial kink. So, I hope you will follow her on her journey and see her for who she is.

Character Model:

Her eyes were the most important thing for me. I wanted them to show her wolf. The more yellow, the more present is her wolf. Ready to take over, stalking people and sizing them up. The browner, the more Naya is in control. Her eyes are never brown, as her wolf is always there.

Due to her immense strength as a wolf, she needed to appear athletic.

For her hair, we wanted to reflect her ethnicity and have her with braids or curly hair. All the curly hair I paid for didn’t seem to work (I am still crying about the money spent for nothing), so we decided to have those braids. However, under her braids, she has curly hair. Once I work out how to make those hairs work, I will create custom renders to show her beautiful curls.

We will be providing the preview image used for this post to Patrons (Second Realm Supporter and up) as a 4K wallpaper at the end of the month.
