Being a word to describe a process leading to abuse, rather than the resulting abuse itself, this is a hard one to pin down. It's tough to criminalize, and it's difficult to use correctly in everyday conversation. And while it's a word invented to protect children - it has often been used to harm marginalized people in the process, and now, even children themselves. This is a delicate one, so please listen at your own discretion.
