The 'Within' Recycle Bin

Here are some ideas that were pushed to the end of the Within project for a possible future use. Some of them were made as actual sections that filled the gap between two other sections, some were ideas for full Within movements that didn’t take a full shape in the end, and some were just some experimentations with the material. These ideas are much more raw and less polished, as they didn’t go through the same touches as the ones that ended up in Within.

These “recycle bin” ideas stayed during the process of its creation for quite a long time, almost until the very end. They were always there, sitting and waiting for something to happen with them, while at the same time some other recycle bin ideas actually did get taken and used.

Furthermore, the 12:20 idea is almost the same as a section that ended up on Within Glee. I probably just forgot to remove it before exporting The Recycle Bin.

The work on Within was different than any other project I had before, in terms of its frame, intensity, and difficulty. This recycle bin is an interesting aspect of that, showing how I could work with the very same material, using the same combinations and ideas, and develop them further. Part of it resulted in this recycle bin, which is different than in other big projects, where each one of those scraps would have probably gotten a different color and a sound identity that was a bit different.

Could you tell what should have landed where? Some of these were made with what became Within Grace in mind, some for Will, Glee, and the rest. If you ask me in the comments about a certain time, I will let you know where it was meant to be.
