I used to get migraines all the time, especially in September. Recently found out I had an allergy that was causing them. I take allergy medicine now and completely got rid of asthma and migraines.

2025-12-06 00:19:12 +0000 UTCHope you get better soon, also if you have regular migraines, have you tried acupuncture? I used to have them at least once a week, but I've had just 1 since 2017, after a few acupuncture sessions in 2016.
