Apologies for the lack of updates... plus what's on the way!

I think I've been feeling a bit of burnout and was kinda stressed putting the poise episode together, but I'm happy with how it turned out! Good news is, now that it's out, I'm eager to move on to a bunch more stuff. There will be a shorter Q&A follow-up to the poise episode, but after that I'll be back to mixing things up and making vids about older Souls games again.
I'm most excited about returning to Dark Souls 2 with several episodes in mind. And though I haven't begun work on Episode 3 of the Demon's Souls compare-through yet, it's for sure going to happen. I'm not going to abandon that series! At the moment Thens_DeS is helping uncover unused some object files that previously crashed the game or wouldn't load for me, so I'm excited to have a few loose ends getting wrapped up and finding some stuff in Demon's Souls that's new to me still.
I recommend following Thens on twitter if you're interested in the Demon's Souls stuff. He's been getting really deep into it and will be someone I'll be consulting for future compare-through episodes.

2022-09-11 17:15:37 +0000 UTCThank you! I have a loose time-frame in my head for when I want the next episode to be done. Basically I'll feel like I dropped the ball if I don't have it out before the end of the year, so I'm tentatively aiming for November. As far as number of episodes go, that is something I've planned out since beginning work on the 2nd episode and I don't think I'll be straying from it. Each world will get its own episode, going through them in order (so the next episode is going to be Stonefang, the one after that will be Latria, and so on). Then returning to the 2nd half of Boletaria as the penultimate episode, then the Nexus/ Endgame as the final episode. :)
