Don concept art

Don Rodan Mygos (the Swarm): Made up entirely of baryonic Dark matter, registered Scion. Capable of bending gravity of the space in which his cloud of dark matter occupies. Don Mygos has been reported to be capable of crushing massive structures down into small particles. His syndicate occupies the Northern district where he specializes in the growing, manufacturing, and distribution of the city's most potent drugs.
Don Kiko Redfoot (the Beast): A mysterious creature of enormous size, registered Scion. Don Redfoot and his syndicate can be located in the Southern District, where gambling and gladiator-esque fighting rings run rampant. Kiko can often be found wrapped around buildings as he monitors the outcomes of these deadly sports. His only ability is his serpentine body that can grow to be miles long. He is capable of wreaking havoc to entire neighborhoods as his size and strength allows him to cut through the ground and upturn building foundations with ease.
