Episode 2 Weekend Update
Added 2018-12-01 20:23:22 +0000 UTCLast week my plan was to finish up the production factory location, have a look at touching up the dating system, and hopefully do a bit of work on the main storyline. The production factory is now just about finished, it has a store that is supposed to sell some equipment and that part isn't implemented yet since I haven't made the actual items, as well as two or three special interactions if you are wearing said equipment, otherwise the location is complete. I've been thinking about the revision to the dating system, and I think the easiest fix to the current problem is to just remove the "wrong" choice when its time for one of the special dates to come around. There is other things I can try instead however and while I haven't quite been able to figure out which solution to go with yet we are getting closer~ Lastly I did find time to look at the main stroyline, and while I could't manage to write any actual scenes I have set up the outline for most of the first path through the blockade.
This week I'll be testing out different solutions to the dating system and seeing which I personally like the best, making the basic item-objects for the gear you can buy from the factory, adding more consequences to stealing from the factory, and looking at writing some actual scenes for the main story.
