I am sorry I ever created this, but here is the work-space for it.
There's the .clip is was drawn/animated in, plus an After Effects file that does the rainbow effect that I thought I'd include with the .avi exported from Clip Studio, in case anyone wanted to mess around with different effects over it.
There's also 2 .gifs (one with the "background" and a transparent one) attached and the same but in apng format. And I also thought I'd throw in the separate cels, both with the rainbowness and transparentness, in case Clip Studio Paint or After Effects isn't an option. So you can do whatever you want with them. Although I don't get why you'd want to with something like this...
