This week we're looking at the painspeaker from D&D 3.5
These guys are undead creatures that died before they could convey some kind of message. Whatever it was they left unsaid in life has transformed them into a twisted creature that uses truename magic to torment others!

After seeing the video I can't get the idea of the bard pain speaker as an incarnation of James O'Barr's The Crow. I'm working out how to fit him into my homebrew campaign.
