2026 Updates and Feedback

Hello everyone! Once again, Happy New Year to you all! I hope you are all doing well these first few weeks of the year. As with every start of the year. I'd like to do a little chat with ya'll on the things that happened in 2025.

Firstly, I'd love to hear your feedback on last year's artworks, and what kind of artworks would you like me to work on for this year. I do try to check as much comments as I can, and it'll help churn the creative brain whenever I need it to work.

Secondly, I'm going to update the way I send out the rewards so it's as streamlined as it can be. As of January 2026, you no longer need to confirm me your email address so that you may have access to the links. I originally added this as a precautionary measure, but it kind of just became obsolete once I started sending folder links. So yeah. No more email confirmations from now on. Hoorah!!!

Lastly, I'd like to do a bit of a reflection on 2025,

Last year, I said that I'd be prioritizing on commissions more so that either all or most of them would be completed. I can happily say that this was a New Year's Resolution fulfilled. Most of the backlog is cleared out and only a few more remain. These last few commissions are the ones that require the most effort from me, so those will have to be prioritized. Again, personal artworks will still be made, but comms are worked on first.

I would really love to work on personal projects more once the backlog is cleared, but circumstances outside of my control prevent me from doing the things I love the most. If I ever plan to open commissions again, they will be highly limited. I have a personal project that I really want to work on sometime this year, so do stay tuned for that :)

Despite the backlog getting smaller and smaller, somehow life didn't get any easier. Ever since one of my family members went abroad since September, more responsibilities kept getting in the way of my job. I had no choice but to juggle between housekeeping and drawing on a daily basis. Doing laundry while sketching hyper muscles had become a common thing these days. It was rough. But the only way to go is forward.

Not everything was gloomy though. After all that hard work, I was able to use the extra funds I had this year to get myself something that I never thought I would own: an iPad. I got myself an Apple Pencil, immediately bought Procreate, and started getting used to making art on the iPad. It wasn't that bad. I just need to be conscious about the number of layers I make lol. In fact, the recently posted rewards for January were artworks made in Procreate, and I do plan on making more on it at a later time. Convenience was a big factor in getting an iPad, and boy I'm gonna need all the convenience I can get.

In summary, things that were bad have been balanced by things that were good. It was a neutral year tilting on better times. I hope that 2026 will be the year I clear this backlog and start fresh. And that despite all the disruptions life gives me, I'm still able to work on the things I love the most: making beefy muscle art for ya'll.

That's it from me for now. The Lab is calling once again for the beefs. Until then, see ya! ^^

Thank you for your update and good to hear, that not everything in 2025 was awful. I am looking forward to seeing awesome new art from your ipad. While I enjoyed all of your pieces from 2025 my favorites defintely were Miyo and a very nice surprise was the December art for Tyler. I love those guys. Humans, but at the same time with inhuman amounts of muscles and strength. Especially impressive when you see their muscles in action or next to a normal human. I hope 2026 will be better for you, so that the good heavily outweighs the bad.

Man, what to say about your art work; I'll start off by saying that your work is really inspiring on a lot of fronts. It's not just horny or muscular. The sense of scale and extreme displays of musculature is impressive. It's always a treat to see you works in progress for the line work as well which is a treat on the shapes of the muscles alone. And as for your artworks and commissions. You have been doing your best and I'm glad your hard work is definitely paying off. Hoping that the more portable IPad and procreate will help you out in more artistic endeavours going forward. Along with your project. Whatever you cook up is sure to be a great treat. I can with certain say that you do well with very unique creature designs. From dragon to alien to troll, they all have a distinct edge to them that I think is really cool. From Kelvin to Miyo, to the entire Pendel family cast. Your depictions of muscles and strength are in the top echelons. I don't have much critique as I'm not really an artist. You just have your own journey you are on to not only provide and have this as a job, but have this also act as functioning relief for you. So the balancing act is even stricter it seems on your part. Just hoping you feel better and more wonderful as the year goes on.
