What's happening here is that Mastermind has arranged for a group of B-Class heroes to help Evilyn. They think if they can keep her as Mean Evie long enough, she might gain control over that form.
I removed Thunderpunch from the final panel here because I hadn't planned for his size correctly. I drew everyone else, then realized I was way underestimating his size. He might still show up on the next page maybe though? It depends on if I think I already have too many people.
