Transferring without a sling

Not everyone is able to pick me up, but whenever someone is, this is a Quick and easy way to transfer me. At the end of the video you can see me coughing a lot using a cough assist… otherwise I would not be able to effectively cough using my lungs alone. I'm not sure if it's the high elevation here and maybe the current pollen in the air, but sometimes I cough a lot more then usual. At the beginning, when I was first discharged from Craig hospital, I coughed almost every 10 minutes. Thankfully, because I don't have to be on a ventilator as much, my tracheostomy does not get as irritated with the constant flow of air as I breathe more normally on the pacer only with less air.
