Fun fact, Yoki's flashback (at least the first hal of it) is basically a condensed version of the original manga's chapter 2. Since that part was already covered in the 2003 anime and was deemed not that important, it ended up being cut from Brotherhood, before being reintroduced here. (I would argue that cutting out Youswell entirely was kind of a shame, since the town does end up being kind of important for Mei's character arc in the manga, but that ends up entirely missing in Brotherhood. But at least the Yoki flashback was hilariously done.)

2025-08-21 22:56:22 +0000 UTCAlthough it was not depicted in the anime, the youngest child of the Armstrong family (a beautiful girl who played the piano) was named “Kathryn” and went on a blind date with Havoc. Kathryn's ideal man was her older brother, Major Armstrong, so Havoc was rejected.
