Crunchyroll only has the TV version, they are watching the Blu-ray version. Besides the addition of opening/ending that couldn't be put in due to time constraints, it also has visual enhancements and I think there are scenes that weren't even finished (I think only in bake) so I'd recommend using that version too haha plus the subtitles must be very different.

It kind of drives the point that you can't really trust anything Kaiki says. The power of his character is that even when he says the "truth", it forces you to examine it, study it and come to your own conclusion based on the information you have or not, consider the motives, benefits and risks for everyone involved with that "truth". He's like a drill instructor for sceptics. Never trust, always verify.

I dont know what scenes were changed between versions, but by about 5 minutes in, it was clear we werent watching the same scenes anymore. Now Im Platinum Mad. (not really lol) Ahh, I think the Crunchyroll version cut the OP or put in I different place. I tried adding about a 1:30 gap between the videos and everything seems to line back up for now.
