GTA San Andreas - Serendipity 1.0 Preset for RenderHook Graphics mod

Unfortunately I am getting some weird screen latency issues while playing the game (or I shall I say some exaggerated Motion Blur, I connect that to the fact that as my GPU is not DXR compliant it doesn't support Raytracing so Screenspace path tracing is used instead which could result in this issue and more lag than you see in most other YouTube videos relating to this. I tried to walk more because of latter.
