Yhwach saved Jugram from abuse & gave him a purpose in life while Bazz B's Kingdom was destroyed before he could even get the chance to rule it. Which turned his bright future into a quest for revenge. Jugo still cared for Bazz B but not enough to betray the person like Yhwach who saved his life in his eyes. Also Jugo still kept that mark Bazz B gave him as a kid on the hilt of his sword that was also from Bazz B's family.
