Sketching OCs: Gul

So, I've been struggling for a while to find cohesion among my OCs. After all, I kinda really don't have a setting.

Well that's changing! I spent most of the day reading and devising a way to incorporate things I know, things I like, and things I do into some form of uniform logic. That's what I enjoy in media, it doesn't matter how strange and fantastical a set of events are as long as the world follows some form internal logic. It'll make things both understandable and believable. Plus, from a creative standpoint, an internal logic serves as a spring board to create things and have some form of consistency and uniformity. It helps a lot!

Anyways, these are some sketches for Gul. See, where she lives, according what people used to believe, when you die you get escorted to the underworld and are only allowed to go out at night. This one here went out once, refused to go back, and now spends her abominable unnatural undead unlife looking to solve some unfinished business. Color has been drained from her and now she dawns a gray dead skin, her mouth perpetually stained by the inky fruity flavored ichor that feeds the dead.
