A Quick Update

I am happy to say that, so far, the worst has indeed passed. I am still not at 100%, but I am marginally better. Hearing has been restored to, I'd say, about 70% of what it used to be. The throbbing headaches are pretty much gone, and the feeling of blockage has been greatly reduced.
I am comfortable enough to get back to work very very soon. I want to reiterate, I am genuinely sorry for this unforeseen bump in the road. I'll try my best to get back on track and make up for lost time. I want to get back to doing stuff.
