Okay, gonna be honest. I'm suffering from genuine burnout recently. Full stop. I'm still adapting to being more or less the "lead lab engineer" at work, which is a fancy way of saying I'm the only engineer constantly at my job's laboratory these days due to HR fucking over the other guy and nobody finding a suitable replacement. And of course, the position comes with no pay raise. Assholes.
Anyways, the chapter's a decent length, and it covered a fair number of bases, even if it is shorter than I'd normally like. Then again, I always was aiming for shorter chapter so... anyways, yeah. I'm just beat, and I'm genuinely sorry for the constant delays this year. I just feel like I have less energy than normal with everything that's been going on.
Hopefully I can muster up some more of my trademark crazy, since I am making and promised a chapter of TTRT next. I do have a few fun ideas to play with, and it's always relieving to unleash my inner snark in bulk. Truth be told, listening to an unhealthy amount of old school Eminem helps out with that.
Plus the next season of Eminence in Shadow is out, and that series doesn't disappoint to put a twisted smile on my face one way or another.
Anyways, enjoy. Oh, and read the official version when it comes out. It'll have an omake with it.

Altrouge eyes lighting up and being pleasantly surprised while Fina looks like he just ate shit because he absolutely HATES how good this actually is yet can't bring himself to stop. Thus equally enjoying yet utterly despising every single bite he takes. Also LOL on Shirou raising that Altrouge flag, he'd definitely want to cry if he found out. Too bad Shirou, your innate appeal and Fateas an Eroge Protagonist can not be denied LMAO XD!

Fast forward 7 months, and I'm just NOW finally getting the last one replaced. All I can say is take all that pent up aggression for management's bullshit...and let the family have some fun at Scab's expense....for Science, I mean therapy. Yeah, that one.

I’ve been in the situation of becoming the “lead” because no one else is there and they refuse to replace people and it sucked for me so I can only imagine what it must be like for you in a much larger company. Take whatever time you need as your mental health is more important than us just getting some hahas every month.
