Did not know you could just punch a tiger plant out of existence, I moved my bloody base once because of one. On my third play through and just found my fist Markaplire bobble head. 👍

2023-03-20 21:37:27 +0000 UTCYou could continue to explore around the Aurora for Cyclops fragments or you can also find them in the Mushroom forests, if you'd rather explore a more friendly area. Also the big wreck you found on top of that one mushroom tree, it had other ways into it that have (2)blueprints you'd find useful

2023-03-20 21:23:43 +0000 UTCyou might want to explore that big tree again now you can breathe more - it has a cool gift for you.. we can hardly "contain" our excitement ;) for story progression it's really all about following the PDA, the degasi are more helpful for pointing to the later game areas (they will help you get back to that warper lab too which has much more cave to explore), you're getting closer to the bottom but there's still a fair way to go :)

2023-03-20 19:24:58 +0000 UTCI was super excited to wake up this morning and see another episode of Subnautica!! Thank you Amber! Love your play-through so far! So, I think the Alien arch at the island is meant to be found earlier when you first find the gun building and the Ion Cubes within. That way it fast tracks you to base building blueprints and good food sources at the other island. So, opportunity lost, but no big deal. It's what makes each person's play-through unique! Your missing the most important arm for the Prawn suit, the Drill arm, which gives you access to those big mining rocks, like the Magnetite rock you gushed over as wanting in the purple mushroom cave. Unfortunately, this means finding more wrecks to find the blueprint. As far as I'm aware, the propulsion cannon on the Prawn suit is next to useless. The best arms for the Prawn suit are the Drill arm, the regular arm and the grapple arm. The grapple arm can give you big boosts of speed while traveling by giving yourself well timed tugs, and also for climbing tall cliff sides, like beside the gun island. It can hold you against the side of the cliff until your jets recharge. Whoever told you the Prawn Suit was good for on land doesn't know what they're talking about. Anywhere you can walk on dry ground your own two feet are best. The Prawn suit is horribly cumbersome on dry ground. Unless they're confusing it with Subnautica: Below Zero, where the Prawn suit is much more useful on land. In this game it's best used for exploring deep areas and gathering resources. The Prawn suit only takes about 25% damage from a Reaper attack, plus you can fight him off, so Mr. Prawn is your best choice for exploring around Leviathans! As others have suggested, you may wish to thoroughly explore a couple of the Mushroom Tree forests for certain items you've been looking for! If ever wondering if you're on the edge of the map, or if it's just a deep drop-off, simply save your game and go for it, you may be surprised! But it's best done with your seaglide or Seamoth, because if it is the edge of the map, the Prawn suit will keep on dropping, and dropping, and dropping, and dropping, and dropping! The Gel Sacks are one of the better sources of bio-fuel for your new Bioreactor. I built a couple outdoor grow beds outside my base and planted them there. With your knife you can gather seeds off of them to replant and keep your grow bed full. You get max 3 seeds out of each when you hit them with your knife, but best practice is to hit them twice for two seeds, then pick up the whole Gel Sack for the reactor. Replant the seeds. The Nuclear reactor is the absolute best source of power for your base, it can easily handle all charging and even up to 4 water filtration units! But I only built one when I decided on the base I wanted to call my permanent "home". Also, the Marblemelons are your best food "top up" before heading out. I made two round pots, (you can use your nice new "chic" pots if you like), and planted 4 melons in each. Eating 6 of them usually tops you up fully and hitting the other two with your knife gives you back 8 seeds to replenish/replant the pots. 😊

The grappling arm is so awesome! Combined with the boost upgrade, you start to go so fast, it's ridiculous. XD Also, maybe she could try to go back to the Mushroom Forest. Surely, there's things she missed there. :P

Within 2 minutes of being inside of it, the warning about needing to counteract this phenomenom is all gone and you are just pure excitement at being able to hit things, I love it! Can hardly wait for you to go explore the depths in your new trusty Mr. Prawn.
