Syn's AE Visual Overhaul / Mod List Update v1.07

Update v1.07 brings bunch of new additions to the mod list, from small visual changes, original game bug fixes, lighting fixes and additions, all the way to heads up display and interface changes.

I've also decided not to make the update as big as I originally planned, as smaller / incremental updates allows me to carefully test between each release, before moving to additional changes. This makes it more likely for me to spot any potential issues, and fix them as soon as they are located, as my goal is to make this list squeaky clean and stable.

Important note: This particular update "transitions" the visual overhaul into a fully fledged mod list that will be frequently updated, until it's replicated to be as close as to my main mod list as possible.

This means that the overhaul will be expanding to other aspects; branching out and modifying additional aspects of the game other than just visuals.

Final note:
As mentioned previously, what I am doing is literally sharing every single change I've done with the mod list myself, just as I would do it without it being public, and that of course entails potential removal of mods, reintroductions or replacement mods, all done after extensive testing.
