In my last post I remember I think I talked about trying to convey some sort of moment of worship almost but to avoid simply doing the classic "someone on their knees" pose I instead opted for the vibe of a God mounting their throne. With that sort of idea and emotion and play inspiring this piece it was only... fair I use the grand narukami shrine as the background

I have a few more ideas of things to add, maybe some incense around them and hints of their discarded clothes or something. Perhaps some plants or maybe some falling sakura blossoms... I'm not too sure but I want to add something more in the foreground so as to better help with the feeling of depth and immersion that can pull you into a piece, ya know?

All there is to do now is render the image and play around with the lighting and some effects to better help set the tone and the mood. I'm simply aiming for to be something along the lines of intimate and warm with a hint of mysticism and longing. Think I can convey such things if I play with my colors and lighting just right. We shall see!
