She's a clone by magic, not a clone grown through Science. It would be similar to Book Four/ Dynamo and Dealer, except that since Ael has left the dimension, she's automatically the new Prime and can continue growing on her own now. Clones grown through science have the Vatted condition... which Sama got around because the Hag Curse applies magic to turn them into Rantha Hags/Ancients and removes the condition in doing so.
