He helped me with Tally Ho in Sequim for about a month back in 2019 (for one of the frame-raising parties), and he also came out to Port Townsend for the launch in 2024. Now he's sailing the Sea of Cortez with us for a few weeks before heading back to his usual life being a hot-shot journalist in Bristol, UK.

You rebuilt an historic boat, originally from 1911, which I had never seen sailing before, and now that rebuilt boat is sailing in waters that one of our most respected authors sailed in and wrote about. - I hope you're saving all the hard copies, all the paper trail, all your journals, for your book, which will obviously be forthcoming in the next ten years or so.
