Hello!
As most of you know, Tally Ho has been launched!
Firstly, MASSIVE thanks to each and every one of you for supporting the project and helping us get this far - we wouldn’t be here without you!
I’m absolutely elated! …and absolutely knackered!
Obviously, there is always a bit of a delay between real life and the YouTube videos - sometimes up to several weeks. The last couple of videos have been an attempt to close this gap as much as possible.
I apologise that I wasn’t able to invite everybody to the launch - I know a few people were upset about that, but I’m grateful that most understand. Unfortunately, it simply wasn’t possible.
There are a few photos of Tally Ho in the water on various forums already, but I’m going to avoid publishing much media about the actual launch myself until the next video is ready, so that people can experience the day through video and hopefully experience as closely as possible what it was like to be there. My recommendation would be to avoid any photos of Tally Ho afloat until you’ve seen the video - and if you are able to, open a bottle of bubbly or a nice whisky as her keel touches the water!
Of course there’s a lot more work to do before we can go sailing. But this is an obviously a huge milestone and I’m extremely excited to share the video with you all when it’s finished. We had a beautiful day and there is some wonderful footage.
Thanks,
Leo
